How Do I Delete My Account or Data?

When you opt to delete your account, we will delete all device and IP Address information. The encryption of the email and username prevents their use. This will ensure that no one else can create an account using those credentials.
You can ask to remove your email and keep your account. However, doing so will cause you to lose your account information if you switch or reset your device.
How Do I Earn Rewards?
You can earn rewards by:
- Completing offers – fulfill offer requirements
- Earning Scratch Cards by completing Karma Plays.
- Completing Playtime offers (Android Only).
- Earning Location Rewards (US Only).
- Referring people to appKarma. You can even become a VIP and earn a lot more.
I Just Redeemed My Points for a Card. Where Is It?
You can see your card in the My Rewards section.
What Is a Redeem Bonus?
You get 5% back when you redeem your points, so you don’t have to start from scratch. We’re sure it took you some time to earn your points, so we’re giving a part of it back to you.
Can I Use Gift Card X in My Country?
You can only use most gift cards in the country they’re for. Please check each gift card’s details for where you can use it.
Change your account’s billing address to the corresponding country. You can redeem those gift cards. We can’t provide any more info. However, there is a lot of information online that explains how you can do this.
The Gift Card I Want Is Out of Stock. How Long Do I Have to Wait?
Although rare, if any cards become out of stock, we should have them restocked soon. If you can’t wait, let us know at support@appkarma.io, and we’ll see what we can do.
How Do I Earn Invite Rewards?
You can get referrals when someone uses your Invite Link, QR Code, or Referral code to install appKarma. You can find all this on the Invite Rewards page.
You earn 30% of what your referrals earn when they complete offers. For example, if they complete a 100-point offer, you will receive 30 points. There is no limit to what you can earn.
Note: There is a 100 referral limit if you are not a VIP.
