How to print from Canva

Downloading your print design

1. Create or open the existing design that you want to print.
2. Add margins and bleed and adjust some elements, if needed. Learn more about Margins, rulers, bleed, and crop marks.
3. Select Share from the editor menu bar.
4. Select Download
5. On the file type dropdown, select PDF Print.
6. Optional: If you need crop marks, tick Crop marks and bleed.
7. Optional: To optimize your PDF print file, tick Flatten PDF. Learn more about Downloading designs as flattened PDF.
8. Select Download. If you used premium elements, pay for them first.

Printing your design

Steps may vary depending on your PDF viewer, device, and printer. that you get familiar with these first before printing.

1. Open the downloaded PDF from your device.
2. Select Print or the printer button on your PDF viewer. If you’re printing from your computer, you can also press Command + P (Mac) or Ctrl + P (Windows).
3. Select your personal printer’s model from the options. Make sure that it supports printing in the size of your design.
4. Check your printer settings. Set it to print to 100% scale to ensure your design gets printed in the correct size.
5. Select Print to start printing.

How to remove background in Canva

Remove a background on a desktop computer in the Canva Editor :

1. Upload your own image or choose one from our image library.
2. Click on the ‘Edit Image‘ button on the top toolbar.
3. Next, select ‘Background Remover’ on the left side panel that appears.
4. Then, click ‘Erase’ to remove the background.
5. After clicking ‘Erase’, like magic, the background will disappear.
6. Once satisfied with your photo’s look without a background, select ‘Apply’ to save the changes. Or select ‘Restore’ to undo any changes.
7. Finally, drag your new image into the perfect spot.

To remove a background on your mobile in the Canva Editor, :

1. Tap on the image you want to edit.
2. On the toolbar below the editor, tap on ‘Effects.’

How to cancel Canva subscription

Cancel your Canva plan

To avoid unplanned charges, cancel your plan at least a day before it renews. Canva App fees and payments follow the GMT timezone.

Computer

1. Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team.
2. On the homepage, go to Account Settings.
3. Select Billing & plans.
4. On your plan, select (More actions).
5. Select Request cancelation.

Mobile web

1. Make sure to log in to the right Canva account or team.
2. From the home screen, tap Menu.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Billing & plans.
5. On your plan, tap.
6. Tap Request cancelation.

Android app

Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your plan. If you upgraded to Canva Pro or Canva App for Teams on your Android, cancel it on Google Play, or follow these steps.

1. On your device, open the Google Play app.
2. On the top corner, tap your account icon. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
4. Select Subscriptions to see your subscriptions.
5. Tap Canva, then Cancel Subscription.
6. Confirm to cancel.

iOS app

Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your plan. If you upgraded to Canva Pro or Canva App for Teams from your iOS device, you can only cancel it from the App Store.

1. On your device, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. If you don’t see it, tap iTunes & App Store instead.
4. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID.
5. Sign in and scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
6. Tap Canva, then Cancel Subscription.

What happens to my account and designs after canceling?

Canceling your plan doesn’t delete your existing designs and Brand Kit. You can use them when you upgrade to Canva App Pro or Canva for Teams again.

The cancelation takes effect after your current billing period. Until then, you have access to paid features.

What to do if I’m having trouble canceling?

Here are some things to check.

• Make sure you’re logged in to the right account and team.
• If you purchased your plan on the App Store, follow the steps for iOS. If you purchased on the Google Play Store, follow the steps for Android.
• If your most recent payment failed or if it didn’t go through, be sure to settle it first.

Can you cancel a Canva free trial without paying?

The answer is yes. Users can cancel their Canva free trial before the trial period ends. To cancel, log in to your Canva App account and click on your account icon. It’s located at the bottom left corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select “Billing & Teams”. Finally, click on the “Cancel subscription” button.

Why is Canva charging me?

Canva App plans to renew. If you don’t cancel before your trial ends, we’ll charge you for the plan. The free trial is a one-time offer. If you upgrade again, Canva App will charge you once you have your free trial for Canva Pro or Canva for Teams.

How do I withdraw money from Canva?

Choose Canva Payout to get money sent to your bank or PayPal in your currency. To receive payouts in your Payoneer account, select Payoneer.
