After signing up for Surveytime, you’ll answer a few questions to help us create your profile. Then, we’ll offer you the surveys that fit your interests. Then, you can start taking surveys and earning $1 for each one you complete.
Where can I redeem my $1 reward?
There are different gift cards available for each country. For example, in the U.S. the options are Amazon, Paypal, Target, and Decathlon. After choosing your reward, you’ll need to follow the instructions we’ll send you in a confirmation e-mail. The instructions can vary depending on the reward you choose.
How and when will I get notified about new surveys?
We can notify you about new surveys in several ways: through text, email, and web notifications. You can turn these options on while you answer our initial questions. Or, you can check the Surveytime website to see which new surveys we have to offer.
What happens if I fail to complete a survey?
If you are unable to complete a survey, we will offer you other available surveys that may interest you. But, you won’t get rewarded for the survey you couldn’t finish.
How long does a survey take?
The length of the surveys varies. It could take 10 or even 15 minutes, and on rare occasions even longer. The length depends on the number of questions and your pace.
Who can use Surveytime?
Anyone! Surveytime is available worldwide.
I don’t see any surveys, why?
Sometimes we don’t have a survey to offer you. This happens when our system can’t find something that fits your interests. If you don’t want to miss out when there’s a new survey for you – make sure you turn on notifications.
Why do I have to verify my email?
Email verification is part of the reward process. We can’t share codes on the website for security reasons. So, we send them to you via email to ensure only you enjoy your rewards.
Why do I have to verify my phone number?
Same as with e-mail verifications, some codes must be phone verification. We only do this to protect your rewards. It doesn’t mean we’ll ever contact you via SMS or phone unless you choose to turn on SMS notifications.
How many rewards can I get?
There’s no limit to the number of rewards you can get. You need available surveys and the ability to complete them.
