How does registration work?
To register with us, visit www.mobrog.com and click Join. After you give us your name, e-mail, and a few other details, we will send you a confirmation link.
After you click on the confirmation link you can start! You now have a MOBROG profile. We will invite you to online surveys by email based on your profile. If you log in, you can fill out your profile in more detail. For example, you can tell us what hobbies you have or what drinks you like. Filling your profile with life provides more information about yourself in advance. This way, we can invite you more and more often.
How exactly does MOBROG work?
To participate in our online surveys, please register first on our MOBROG website. You can also download our iPhone and Android app. Registration is quick, easy, and free! As soon as you have filled out your profile, you will receive invitations to online surveys by email. You will also receive push invitations if you use the app. At MOBROG, it’s easy to take part in all kinds of surveys and give your opinion! For each completed survey, you will receive an expense allowance. We will credit the allowance to your account. Once you reach the small payout limit (link to information on payout here), you can have your balance paid out via PayPal, Skrill, or vouchers.
Can I also take part in online surveys when I am abroad / on vacation?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can only answer surveys in the country where you registered.
When you start a survey, we first check if your current country matches the country where you registered. So make sure you only register in the country where you live.

Do I get something for my participation?
Yes! We pay for your participation in our surveys online or via the app with an effort compensation, which you can collect in your profile.
The payment for the survey can vary. We will let you know how much you will get before you take part, if possible. Your participation is always voluntary. We may redirect you to more surveys. We cannot always tell you in advance how high your expense allowance will be.
If you do not belong to the target group or if enough people like you have already participated, we will cancel the survey before it begins. , the survey does not count as completed.
What is a survey profile/account?
Your survey profile is like a detailed business card. It contains all the necessary information about yourself. We use it to invite you to online surveys. For example, we ask you about your hobbies or your favorite drinks. Once you have registered, you can start filling out your profile. The more detailed your profile is, the more targeted and frequent we can invite you to surveys.
Your account is your access to the world of our surveys. You can always take part in our surveys by email. However, you can only manage many other settings and organizational things in your account. What can I do with my profile/account?
If you choose to participate in our online surveys, we need information about you. This helps us invite you to take the surveys that are likely to suit you best. You can also access your survey invitations from your account. This is in case you have lost an e-mail invitation. You can always update your information here. You can also see how much credit you have collected. Then, cash out with one of our payout options, if you have enough credit.
